Come learn about distance riding at our INTRO clinics on Friday and Saturday. Awesome opportunity for anyone unfamiliar with our sport. See our ride flyer for more information and entry form links. Tentative Schedule of Events:

Friday Sept 5 -         Early registration ends to avoid late fee.

Friday Sept 12-            8AM - Arrival and someone will be available for Friday Intro Clinics to check in by 9AM

10AM - Clinic #1 TBD

11AM - Free Clinic #2: Presenting your horse to the veterinarians (Trot-out)

Noon - INTRO Clinic - please bring your lunch and a chair (location will be announced)

Noon - Saturday Riders Check-in starts

                                       1PM – Intro Clinic participants vet-in and ride out after vet in.

                                       2PM-5PM – Vetting in for Saturday horses

                                       6PM – Ride meeting

                                        6:30PM - Dinner w Hamburgers & Hotdogs and please bring a salad, side or dessert to share- if you have crew, bring a few sides

                                        10PM – Generators off

 Saturday Sept 13 -     RIDE DAY

                                       6:30AM - 50-mile start

7:30AM - 30-mile start
7:45AM - Tentative start times for R&T and Equathon (to be confirmed at ride meeting)

8AM - INTRO CLINIC - bring your coffee and a chair - location TBD (Vet-in will be about 9AM for clinic riders)

8:30AM - INTRO Riders without clinic/mentors start - please check in with in/out timer as you go out on trail and return. Remember to vet

your horse out after you ride.

3:15PM - 30-mile riders must cross the finish line

3:45PM - All 30-mile finishers must be pulsed down and presenting to the vets

6:30PM - 50-mile finish time

 Sunday Sept 14 -     Ride camp closes at NOON
